Being a lifetime resident of Anderson, South Carolina I have developed an appreciation for the Upstate, its beautiful scenery, and the kind-hearted people that live here. I’m a recent graduate of Clemson University with a BS degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Business. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.

In 2007, I started selling real estate part-time as I finished up my classes at Clemson University. After graduation, I decided to start a company that tailored to the specific needs of an investor. Being an active investor and owning multiple properties has allowed me to acquire experience in all areas of real estate. Therefore, I have an extensive knowledge of the local market conditions. I specialize in commercial, vacant land, investments, and income producing properties.

Will Moore (BIC)

Being an Anderson native, I¹ve developed a strong relationship with many of the local people in the area. Growing up in the community, I have seen many changes occur, and I feel like there are a lot of opportunities in our area. I started my real estate career, back in 2007, after graduating from the Fortune Academy of Real Estate. Recently, I started my own real estate company after noticing a significant gap between conventional real estate companies and the current real estate market. I specialize in all areas of real estate including; commercial, income producing properties, lakefront, residential, and vacant land.
